2Develop A Leadership Mindset It starts with self-awareness. Gain an understanding of creative versus reactive leadership traits to cultivate a leadership mindset.

3Practice Powerful Questions The right questions combined with active listening invite creativity and generate energy. Learn how to use powerful questions to build trust, relationships and solve problems.


Each of the three 2 ½ hour workshops will include a topic lesson, experiential learning activities and individual coaching for one participant. Content will be tailored to the specific needs of participants. Please allow one to two hours for reflection and preparation in advance of each workshop.

She specializes in coaching mid to senior level physicians and executives to develop a creative versus reactive leadership mindset to advance in their lives and careers. An adjunct professor at Humber College since 2005, Mary-Ellen has taught a number of courses including Leadership & Teamwork, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethics and Presentation Skills. She is currently an Executive Coach and Educator for the Schulich Executive Education Centre.
