Hi I’m Mary-Ellen
Who I am in life extends to who I am in business. I make a conscious effort to honour my values of kindness, stepping up & into, respect, joy & fun, flexibility and impact.
Fun fact – fresh out of university, I convinced Toronto City Councillor Jack Layton to champion my idea for a skate rental at Toronto City Hall. He typed an endorsement letter (on a typewriter!) which eventually led to the skate rental that exists today.
The drive, commitment and sense of community that brought the skate rental to life, continues in my work today – empowering individuals and organizations to overcome mental blocks, develop as leaders and move ideas to meaningful action with newfound clarity, perspective and knowledge.
